The tubular structure is flimsy and is near collapsing in anything over 20 mph winds. The joints where bolted are loose and need significant beefing up to make frame more rigid. Any winds over 20 mph cause frame to move around and thus loosen the existing framework. Numerous velcro straps were not installed properly. This thing is cheap! I am considering welding the joints!

It's great for growing vegetables early in the year and through the winter.Door was too much stretched, so that zipper didn't work. So we built in a simple door construction with an easy latch to open and close. Set up was slightly difficult. We used cement block (because of high winds in our area).The cover was easy to put up, but the stretching from one end to the other evenly turned out to be difficult. The ropes to fix the cover to the bottoms were far too short, the 2 that came with it wouldn't even be enough to tie up one side. This was easy enough to fix, we bought some rope and after the ground was level and the base constructed, it took only a few hours to set up. All in all, it's doing a great job.

Greenhouse is working great for us we have an outdoor furnace and will be able to raise our vegetables year round.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was actually earlier than expected at time order was placed. Notification of shipping date and tracking info. provided via e mail.
Arrived with prompt notification and in good condition.
Problem: Our Phone number was not on UPS Delivery Paperwork RESOLVED: Driver contacted CSN and was given our phone number right away for delivery schedule confirmation.
After we set up greenhouse I contacted CSN with a question to verify we had correctly set up
CSN contacted JC MFG and we received a very prompt and courteous phone call and he E Mailed me a side of view of the Greenhouse, even after we felt sure we had installed promptly. They wanted us to be assured based on pictured for verification.
We had just recently become Internet subscriber at the time this order was placed ... 1st impressions do still count ... CSN is NOW 1st priority for any product we consider purchasing online. Thank You for making us more confident about ordering via Internet.
PS: We just placed a small order this week with Every Air Compressor/ CSN Stores really do have 1st priority with us.
