I live in a Zone 5 region, so it is common to get a late frost. The greenhouse is perfect to set plants outside early to get them hardened off. I can open the greenhouse during the day when the weather is warm and shut it at night to protect plants from frost.

The greenhouse is easy to assemble, but it is lightweight. We get heavy winds frequently and I found that these types of greenhouses fall over easily in the wind- I have a similar 5-tier greenhouse which was blown off the porch and many plants did not survive the ordeal. I now anchor my greenhouses to the porch using eye hooks and tie-down straps.

Great addition to our garden. Helpful in getting the vegetable garden a head start. Easy to put together. Easy to move as necessary. A little light weight but that was easily resolved by putting some weight on the bottom shelf.

2 problems: needs grommets in vinyl cover to allow for attaching tie-down lines as it will tip over, and if its windy, the cover can act as a kite and allow the wind to blow the whole thing over;
Needs to have a zip opening for ventilation at the top--the zippers go from top to bottom, so only way to leave venting is at bottom.
Considering the price however, its a good value. I can bunggie cord around the whole thing & attach it to my balcony railing for stability.

I thought this would come with a tie-down like my friends that referred this site. The description wasn't clear about coming with a cover so I got an extra one that may come in handy down the road but I really didn't need it.

This was a great purchase for the money and perfectly sized for my smallish back porch. I've had the rack for about a year and I am very pleased. It's a little wobbly, but it's not a huge issue since it does not move from it's place. I built wooden trays to place on the shelves in order to easily move my plants and it works wonderfully. The wire shelves are removable to accommodate taller plants. If I had more space, I would purchase a second rack.

Delivery was quick and the rack was in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble. I did not have any problems.

I used the greenhouse to start my flowers early. The shelves did not stay in place. The greenhouse loosened up where the flimsy poles join the plastic support pieces. You cannot move the greenhouse once you have plants on the shelves as the whole thing falls apart. It needs to have screws to hold everything together. This greenhouse is not what I expected at all.

This is a wonderful item. The 4 teirs are wide enough for 2 flats of seedlings. I would reccommend it whole heartily.

We have this rack on our deck with plant starts on the shelves. The rack is attractive and very useful.
